Looking back, i really appreciate the work experience i gained in Caprice and the most fun part of the job is being surrounded by so many wonderful and extremely smart people. But the biggest challenge for me over the past year is to achieve the right balance between giving and receiving (if u know what i mean, the language barrier!) and between work and rest. (Hey im working 6 days a week, just so u know)
